P400 takes the privacy and security of every member's personal data seriously. P400's Privacy Commitment to You

Six core principles that guide how p400 safeguards the personal data of every member in Malaysia.

256-bit SSL Encryption at All Times

All data transmitted between your device and p400's servers is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption technology — the same security standard used by leading financial institutions in Malaysia. Your login credentials, payment details and personal data are never transmitted in an unprotected form across the p400 network.

Full Compliance with Malaysia's PDPA 2010

P400 operates in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All collection, storage and use of members' personal data adheres to applicable Malaysian law, including the principles of data utility, security and integrity as set out in the PDPA.

You're in Full Control of Your Data

As a p400 member, you have the full right to access, amend, request a copy of, or demand the deletion of your personal data at any time. We believe your data belongs to you — p400 holds it only as a responsible custodian for as long as you remain a member of our platform.

No Sale of Data to Third Parties

P400 never sells, rents or transfers members' personal data to external third parties for marketing, advertising or any other commercial purpose unrelated to platform operations. Your information will never be treated as a commodity by p400 — we uphold this principle without exception.

Secure & Limited Data Storage

P400 members' personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required under Malaysian law. p400's servers are protected by stringent physical and digital security layers, with access restricted solely to staff who require the information to perform their duties.

Immediate Notification in the Event of a Breach

In the event of any security incident involving p400 member personal data, we are committed to notifying affected members and the relevant authorities in Malaysia within the timeframe stipulated by law. Transparency in such cases is a core part of p400's privacy commitment.

Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing at p400

In accordance with Malaysia's PDPA 2010, p400 processes member personal data on the following lawful bases:

  • Consent: You grant p400 explicit consent to process your personal data when you register an account and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. You may withdraw this consent at any time, though doing so may affect p400's ability to provide you with full access to its services.
  • Contract Fulfilment: Certain data processing is necessary for p400 to fulfil its contractual obligations to you as a member — including payment processing, account management and providing access to games you have paid to play.
  • Legal Obligations: p400 is required under Malaysian law to process certain personal data for KYC compliance, anti-money laundering purposes and reporting to the relevant authorities when required.
  • Legitimate Interest: p400 has a legitimate interest in processing certain data for platform security, fraud prevention, responsible gaming and service improvement — provided these interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms as a member.
5

Third-Party Data Sharing & Disclosure

P400 does not sell or transfer members' personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. However, in the following limited circumstances, your personal data may be shared with certain parties:

Independent Audit & Certification Bodies
Independent audit bodies that conduct regular RNG system checks and security audits of the p400 platform. Information shared is limited to the technical data required for audit purposes and does not include individual member personal data.

P400 requires all third parties receiving member personal data to comply with data protection standards equal to or higher than those set out under Malaysia's PDPA 2010. A binding written agreement is always established before any data sharing takes place.

6

Data Security Measures at p400

P400 invests heavily in multiple layers of security to protect members' personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, loss or destruction. The following are the key security measures we have implemented:

Data Encryption in Transit SSL 256-bit
Highest financial industry standards
Database Protection AES-256
High-grade encryption for data at rest
Staff Access Controls Good to Know
Accessible by authorised personnel only
24/7 Threat Monitoring Real-Time
Automated threat detection system
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): p400 offers an additional layer of security through two-factor authentication for member accounts that opt in, reducing the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.
  • Regular Security Audits: p400 conducts regular internal and external security audits to identify and patch any vulnerabilities in the system before they can be exploited by malicious parties.
  • Network Segregation: Systems storing sensitive member data are isolated from publicly accessible areas of the platform, reducing the risk of unintentional data exposure.
  • Staff Security Training: All p400 staff who handle member data undergo rigorous and regular information security training to ensure best practices are upheld at all times.

While p400 takes all reasonable measures to protect your data, we remind members that no security system in the world can be guaranteed 100% secure. p400 members also play an important role by keeping their passwords confidential and never sharing their login credentials with anyone.
